A 16-week build partnership · with a person, not a platform
I help coaches, consultants and service owners install a client-getting machine they own outright — content, conversations, clients, proof — run by AI agents they command in plain language. No sales calls. No ads. No dozen subscriptions. Your first station is live in 30 days. The whole line runs in 16 weeks. And every part of it is yours: the code, the data, the machine.
Watch first · 12 minutes
No slides, no hype reel. Me, at a table, walking you through what the machine is, what it replaces, and what it costs — so the rest of this page is just the receipt.
How the Client Assembly Line works — and what it replaces.
Video slot ready. Until it’s recorded, everything the video will say is written below.
The fork in the road
You stop being a tenant of your own business. You become the Owner-Builder.
You don’t need a dev team, a $50,000 agency build, or fourteen subscriptions. It’s you, an agent crew, and a spec.
Sound familiar?
Every expert business I sit down with bleeds from one of three constraints first. The intake audit names yours — and that decides what we build first.
You post when you can, the algorithm shrugs, and the pipeline is a mood, not a machine. Consistency loses to client work every single week.
Sales calls with strangers. DMs you forget to answer. Proposals that die in silence. Selling feels like a second job you never applied for.
A dozen subscriptions wired together with automations you fear touching. It bills you monthly, breaks quietly, and none of it is yours.
The new model
One factory line, four stations. Each station is real software — assembled with you, owned by you, operated by an agent crew you command in plain language.
Your one-platform-pair engine: long-form plus short-form, scripted, repurposed and scheduled by agents in your voice.
kills: inconsistent leadsYour chat-to-close rail: keyword automations, agent-assisted qualification, and an offer document that closes without calls.
kills: the sales grindOnboarding sequences, a client portal, progress tracking — and your 24/7 AI twin, trained on your IP, answering like you.
kills: delivery overwhelmWins captured the moment they happen, testimonials harvested, case studies fed back into your content engine as fuel.
kills: the proof gapStation 04 feeds Station 01. The line is a loop. The loop is a flywheel.
Who is on the other side of the table
I’m a builder and a teacher. I’ve spent my working life making systems run — software, businesses, teams — and teaching other people to run theirs. Today I run a real software factory with a crew of AI agents: the landing pages, the funnel, the research behind this offer, this very page — all assembled on the same line you would be buying.
I work in English and Spanish, across a table when you’re in New Zealand and over video when you’re not. I’m straight with you about what AI can and can’t do for your business, and I will tell you plainly if this isn’t for you.
You will never be asked to become a programmer. You learn to command a machine in plain language — spec, prompt, test, ship — and you own it when we’re done. The machinery is the product. The person is the guarantee.
The plan
Four to six focused hours a week. It takes sixteen weeks because transformations of this depth don’t happen in three — and I would rather say so than sell you a shortcut.
The Machine Audit finds your binding constraint — rent, grind or proof — and that decides which station we build first. Agent-powered market research, your offer, the architecture of your line. We design before we build.
early win: your offer document live in 14 daysStations built in constraint order — your first one live by day 30, replacing a tool you rent. Weekly build session, agent templates included, everything in your repositories, feedback on your work within 24 hours.
acceptance test: “it ran without you today”The line runs. Launch cycles begin, first case studies land at Station 04, and your machine dashboard shows the line working while you sleep.

The 30-day station guarantee.
Your first station is live and working within 30 days — or I keep building with you, free, until it is. No hoops, no fine print, no “you missed a checklist item”.
The honest footnote: running your machine costs electricity plus an AI-model subscription while you build — tens of dollars a month, not thousands — and the model is swappable, including local models that cost nothing. Prices in USD. Seats are limited by my calendar, not by scarcity theatre.
Questions
Because the method I install doesn’t need one — and I won’t sell you with a tool I wouldn’t use. This page is the offer document. If it fits, apply or pay. If you have questions, write to me and I answer personally. A call is available on request; it just isn’t a hoop.
Yes — that is the point of a build partnership. Stations ship as working agent templates; the weekly session walks you through every step; the acceptance test for each station is “it ran without you today”. You learn to command the machine, not to write code from scratch.
Four to six focused hours a week during the sixteen-week build. The machine’s entire purpose is to give you those hours back — permanently — from week four onward.
Exactly. Add up your stack. The line replaces the rented parts with software you own — most machines pay for themselves in eliminated subscriptions alone, before counting a single new client.
Your machine runs on your accounts, your repositories, your database. Client data never passes through my systems. This page has no trackers and no pixels; your application lands in a private file I read myself.
The machine is engine-agnostic by design: the AI model is a swappable part, like an engine in a car. When a better model ships, your line gets faster. That is the difference between owning the machine and renting someone’s AI feature.
Yes — the partnership runs in English or Spanish, your choice, including the build sessions and every piece of feedback. If your market is Spanish-speaking, your stations are built for that market from day one.
Yes. The build sessions run over video and everything lives in your repositories, so the partnership works anywhere. If you are in Aotearoa, the first session happens across a real table.
Apply
A few honest lines are enough. I read every application myself and answer within 24 hours — a straight yes, a straight no, or a better place to go.
